We are two Sicilian brothers, Sicilian Whiskey, raised in the hills of Caltagirone. From an early age, we breathed the pure air of our woods, admired the dance of the red foxes and savored the fruits of our land. It is precisely here, among the ancient oaks and the song of birds, that our passion for nature and distillation was born.
Sicilian Whiskey's mission: an indissoluble bond with oak
Oak is the beating heart of Sicilian Whiskey. Each barrel, built entirely by hand with toasted oak, is a work of art that houses our distillate during maturation. We choose only virgin barrels to guarantee a unique and authentic gustatory experience. But our bond with oak goes far beyond whiskey production.
Every year, we collect the seeds of the oaks burned by the summer fires to sow new woods in the areas surrounding the Santo Pietro nature reserve. This symbolic gesture represents our commitment to safeguarding this precious ecosystem and spreading the Mediterranean scrub
A green future and an excellent whiskey
Thanks to our reforestation project, we plan to create new groves and preserve the biodiversity of the Santo Pietro wood. Each bottle of Red Fox Sicilian Whiskey is a small step towards a more sustainable future.
But our mission doesn't stop there. We want to create an excellent, unique and inimitable whiskey. The limited production of only 36 bottles per batch and 1200 total bottles per year allows us to guarantee the highest quality and to make our distillate a collector's item coveted by the most refined palates.
